Terms, Privacy and Cancellation Policy

THIS IS A MONTH-TO-MONTH MEMBERSHIP THAT AUTO RENEWS

1.Waiver Form:
By joining Kettlebell Warrior Academy, you agree to be billed monthly for your membership

  1. Free Trial:
    If you don’t cancel your trial within 29 days of starting your membership, you will be billed for the amount of the membership on day 30 
  2. Minimum age:
    The minimum age for training with us is 18 
  3. Your Health:
    You warrant that you are in good physical condition and you know of no medical or other reason why you cannot or should not do active or passive exercise. You recognise that we are not able to provide medical advice, and that this information is used as a guideline to the limitations of your ability to exercise. You agree to not hold Chandler Marchman, Kettlebell Warrior Academy or any of its directors liable for any injury that may occur from the guidance of Chandler and KWA. 
  4. Paying for membership:
    Membership fees are paid in advance, fortnightly, by direct debit from a bank account or credit card. 
  5. Cancellations:
    KWA understands that from time to time you may not be able to train due to illness and injury, extended rest periods, holidays, and work so you may wish to cancel your membership altogether. The following rules apply to suspensions and cancellations: Memberships can be cancelled at any time. Being that memberships are paid in advance, you will not be refunded for any past payments, but will not be billed for any future months once we cancel your account. There’s a $0 cancellation fee.  To cancel, reach out to us at [email protected]. Please allow 48 hours for a response. 
  1. Meeting Your Responsibilities:
    You must make sure your account can accept direct debits there is enough money in your account on the payment day you tell us if you are transferring or closing your account at least 72 hours before the next direct debit you tell us about any changes to your credit card, such as its expiry date or number, at least 72 hours before your next debit. 
  2. What happens if your payment is declined or fails for any reason?
    If you do not fully pay your fees on the due date, we will suspend access to your KWA membership until any outstanding balance has been paid and you have given us your updated account details if they are required. KWA will continue to debit your nominated account without notice, until KWA has received the total amount you owe. KWA will make a reasonable effort to advise you on the status of the failed payments by letting you know beforehand by writing to the email address you provided. For membership(s) in your name, you must make sure that the payment method you choose remains valid for the length of your agreement. This includes third-party accounts. If the details you give us fail, you are liable for all resulting fees.
  3. Can KWA change your agreement?
    KWA may sometimes add to, change or remove our terms and conditions. This includes the KWA services, content, and membership fees. The most up-to-date terms and conditions always apply. KWA will aim to give you at least 28 days notice of any changes that will drastically impact your membership. Unless the law states otherwise, you won’t have any other claim against us if this happens. 
  4. Can KWA increase your fees?
    KWA reserves the right to increase your fees only at any time after your agreement has ended. KWA will lock you in at your subscription plan, until you choose to pause/suspend/cancel your account, including failed payments that result in a terminated membership. You will be required to join at the new membership fee, should we raise prices. 
  5. Use of your image: You agree to allow KWA, Chandler Marchman and its directors to use the video and photos shared through email, SMS, Facebook Messenger, Facebook Group, and Kajabi to be used for promotion purposes from time to time.
